We’re super excited to announce the availability of international shipping to select countries at Foxy Lingerie today! Its been a long time coming and we’ve had a lot of requests from our customers who live in Canada, Australia, and in Europe. Just like our domestic United States customers, we’re keeping shipping as painless as possible when it comes to the cost. We’ll offer two shipping options – Standard and Express. Standard will cost a flat rate of $15.95 and Express will cost a flat rate of $39.95. You’ll be able to see these costs in your cart and during checkout depending on the country you’ve selected to ship to.
We’ll start off by shipping to a few select countries today and expand our delivery service over the coming weeks. You can read complete details on our shipping policy, including international destinations on our shipping & delivery information page. The countries we’ll offer starting today are:
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Portugal
- Spain
- United Kingdom
…and many more. For a complete list that’s updated as we add countries, you can reference the “International Shipping” section on our shipping information page linked above.
One other shipping option we’ve added to improve accuracy for your delivery address is making sure we have states/provinces/regions available for all of the countries we offer. While we haven’t been able to add them for all countries, you can still check out with the “Other” option for your State/Province option during checkout. This will come across in your order confirmation email as well – but don’t worry, if you see “Other” or “OI”, your order will still get to its correct destination.
If you’re curious about the shipping time for your lingerie purchase to arrive, do be aware that they can vary from country to country. Given that we we typically ship all orders out via the United States Postal Service, we have found that shipments to Canada, the UK, and Western Europe typically take around 10 business days. If the shipping destination is remove, it can take a little bit longer. Also, we’ve found some other countries can take 2-3 weeks depending on the country. One other thing to keep in mind is local customs facilities; we can’t control how long packages take to get through local customs, so that can affect your shipping time as well.
With all of that said, we’ll be hard adding more available shipping countries over the coming weeks.
