Orders

When will I receive my order?

Your order will arrive, depending on selected ship method, anywhere from 2-5 business days, on average, after it ships. Some orders can be delayed for multiple reasons. See our section below on reasons an order may be delayed. Foxy Lingerie uses the United States Postal Service to ship all orders, unless, for some reason, shipping to your location via USPS is not permitted. In those cases we will ship your order via UPS or FedEx.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until items start to ship. If you see multiple charges for your order, that is usually because we are splitting your order into multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra for split shipments. Foxy Lingerie does this at our discretion, usually to get you items on your order as quickly as possible.

Why is my order delayed?

Your order may be delayed for multiple reasons. While all items shown on the site are generally in stock, some need to come in to our location for shipping first. While we attempt to provide accurate estimates for shipping times, these can vary depending on shipping from our designers. Your order can also be delayed if your credit card was declined and our customer service team works to get a charge issue resolved.

Can I modify or cancel my order once its placed?

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order right from our web site! Just visit the order status page and type in your order and billing number zip code. Or, you can call us at 1-800-215-2421 and we would be happy to check on your order for you.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You should have received an order confirmation email. If not, please contact our customer service department at service@foxylingerie.com or call us at 1-800-215-2421 to be sure your order was received.

What if I did not get an order confirmation email?

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You can check your order status 24-hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site. You can also email or call us for an update on your order. Many items on our site will ship by 5pm EST if your order is placed before 12pm EST. Every item on our site will indicate the estimate ship date so you can have a pretty good idea when your item will arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Foxy Lingerie is able to ship to a select set of countries outside of the United States. For a complete list of countries that we ship to, please check out our shipping policy page.

Does Foxy Lingerie have a physical store?

No, Foxy Lingerie only sells products online at this time. Every order placed on our site is done securely via 128-bit SSL encryption so your personal information is 100% safe and secure. We never store your credit card data either, so there's no chance in someone stealing your card information.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

How do I check the shipping status?

You can check your order status 24-hours a day, 7 days a week on our web site. You can also email or call us for an update on your order.

What will my package look like when it arrives?

For most orders, we use plain white poly bags for our packaging. Labels have our return address, but do not include our company name. No other markings exist on the package to indicate where the package is from. When poly bags are not used (i.e. your order is large or the item is bulky), we use plain brow boxes or USPS branded boxes. This means that all orders are shipped 100% discretely.

My package has not arrived, but tracking says it did. Where is my package?

How is shipping cost determined?

All shipping costs are determined by FoxyLingerie.com based on what it costs us to deliver packages to our customers. Please keep in mind that we do offer free standard shipping on all order and that express and premium shipping can be free based on how much you spend. Can I pick up my order?

Since we don't have a physical store, we do not have the ability for customers to pick up their orders. Shipping is both fast & discrete, so even if you live close by, you should have your items very quickly.

Returns

How do I return unwanted items?

Any costumes ordered between September 1st October 31st will not be elligible for a refund. You can exchange them for a different size or store credit. If the item is missing pieces or defective, we will happily issue you a refund.

When will I be refunded?

Returned items will be refunded once we have received and processed your returned item.

Plus Sizes

Do you offer plus sizes for your lingerie styles?

In many cases, our designers have created a plus size version of a style that you've found in a standard size. If this is the case, we try to link right to that plus size version in the product description (and vice versa on the plus size). Our designers also create styles specifically for plus size women and we try to carry as many of those items as we can. We're dedicated to offering amazing lingerie for plus size women and we are always hunting for new products to add to our offering!

Payments

Is my credit card protected on your website?

Yes! We take all of the security of your personal information and credit card data very seriously. Every page on FoxyLingerie.com is secured using 128-bit SSL Encryption, including our cart & checkout pages. We do not store any credit card data you enter on our web site and it is always passed through our site securely using SSL encryption.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely! Just call our customer service department at 1-800-215-2421 to talk to one of our customer service representatives. We recommend that you have all of your order information handy including the items you wish to purchase and your credit card information.

Can I mail you my order?

You can mail us your order if you'd like; just be aware that processing delays will most likely occur. We recommend that you call us beforehand to get a quote on shipping as shipping is calculated based on the size of the items you're ordering. Make sure to send us your billing & shipping address, the items you wish to purchase, and payment for the total of your items plus shipping & handling.
