The stenciled "S.W.A.T. HOTTIE" text across the shorts is what commits this costume to it's police officer look, and it works. Wet look spandex panels are cut through with wide fishnet sections across the torso and thighs, so the silhouette is all structure up top and skin through the middle. The chest harness, belt hardware, and handcuffs clipped to the back make it read like someone actually thought this through.
