Policies & Terms

To guarantee Halloween delivery, please order your Halloween costume by 5PM EST on October 21st. Any order placed after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery by October 30th. With regular delays occuring with all shipping carriers, we recommend you order your costume or lingerie needed for a fun Halloween weekend by this cutoff date.

  • If your order was placed on or before 10/21 at 5PM EST, your order should arrive before Halloween.
  • If your order was placed after 10/21 at 5PM EST, there is a chance your order will not arrive until after Halloween.
  • Orders placed after 10/21 at 5PM EST with Express Shipping may still arrive before Halloween, however, there is no guarantee.
  • Any order placed after 10/22 at 12PM EST, regardless of chosen shipping method, will be in jeapordy of arriving after Halloween.
  • International orders placed after 10/15 at 5PM EST are not guaranteed to arrive prior to Halloween.

In either case, if you have questions or concerns about the arrival of your order, again, please reach out to us via email and we can provide a more accurate estimation of when your order will arrrive.
