Every item we sell on our site is in stock either in our warehouse or available from the manufacturer's warehouse. Since we know our customers want their items fast, here's when you can expect your item:

If your item is in stock and your order is placed before 3pm EST, it will ship the same day, usually by 5pm, Monday through Friday. After 3pm EST on Friday and on weekends, your order will ship by the following Monday at 5pm (excluding holidays).

If your item is still at the manufacturer's warehouse, don't worry, we can still get it for you. We work extremely quickly to get your item in as soon as possible after you place your order. The date we give you is an estimate of when we expect to have it on hand and shipped to you.

While you might wait a few extra days occasionally to get your item, we think our selection, prices, and service are worth a little extra wait from time to time. If you have any questions on exactly when you can expect your order, please do not hesitate to call or email us.
